At Preventative Physical Therapy, your care is always in the hands of licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy.
Our team provides personalized, one-on-one sessions designed to help you recover, move, and thrive.
Together, Dr. Jordan Witt and Dr. Kathleen Floyd bring advanced orthopedic and manual-therapy expertise — combining two hands-on approaches for one shared goal: your long-term movement health.
Jordan is a licensed Physical Therapist based in Midlothian, Virginia, with a passion for helping patients of all ages stay active, recover from injuries, and prevent future pain.
He believes the most effective therapy comes from truly understanding each patient — taking time to listen, assess, and design individualized treatment plans that restore function and confidence.
Certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling through Myopain Seminars, Jordan combines manual therapy, targeted exercise, and education to relieve pain, improve performance, and support long-term recovery.
